NBA Finals: Game 3: News & Highlights:

Game 3 was amazing! Orlando finally won! The final score was: Lakers:104 and Magic:108. Dwight Howard had 21 points, 14 rebounds, 2 assists, blocks and 1 steal. Magic set a Finals record by shooting 62.5 percent from the field. But if LA made half of the Free-throws they took, they could have easily won the game. Kobe Bryant finished the game with 31 points and 8 assists. Kobe made seven of his first eight shots and scoring 17 points to end the first quarter with, he missed 13 of his last 17 shots taken. In defense, Lakers continue to have a big advantage because of their big men like Gasol, Lamar Odom and Trevor Ariza. But Magic had some great defense in Game3 which kept the Lakers from scoring. Dwight Howard was the T-Mobile Player Of The Game. Tiger Woods attended Game 3 Of The NBA Finals. Tiger quotes "I'm a huge Lakers fan." Lakers have won 14 NBA Championships, while Magic has won none. Lakers last winning Championship was in 2002. Last season, Lakers lost in the finals up against Boston Celtics. Last season Magic lost in the Eastern Conference Semifinals. It was a great game, I say Lakers did what they were supposed to do, win at home. Now the Magic have to go home and do the same.

Dwight Howard: AKA Superman

I love watching NBA Basketball, especially when the NBA Finals are on. None of my teams made it to the NBA Finals. So I decided to go for Magic. I have three reasons I am going for Magic.

1. They are the Underdogs.
2. Dwight Howard (AKA Superman) is a Christian.
3. I can't stand Kobe Bryant and the Lakers!

I always go for the Underdogs. For example Georgia Tech or the Atlanta Hawks. Both complete Underdogs, but when the win, the thrill of rubbing it in your friend's face is awesome. When Georgia Tech beat Georgia this year, that was all my friends heard for weeks, even months. I know that Game One of the NBA Finals did not go well for Magic. But I think they have what it takes to beat the Lakers.

Merge

I went to a camp this week called Merge. Its a great camp! The worship was great and so was the message!
But this camp is different then Super Wow, its about mission work. We went to the Boys and Girls club in Tocca Ga. We worked with different age groups, K-2nd, 3rd-5th and 6th-12th. I worked with the K-2nd. I met a boy, his name was Nathan and he was 5 years old. I hanged out with Nathan this week.
Nathan lived in a small house close to the Boys and Girls club. One day his house completely burned down. Then his parents split up. His Mom lives in a hotel and his Dad lives with his Grandmother. He basically has nothing.
One day we were coloring pictures of Jesus. Nathan asked
"Is that Jesus?"
and I said "Yes. Did you know that God sent Jesus His only son to die on the cross for the sins and the mistakes we make? He loves you and me and wants us to love believe and follow Him. There is only one way to get into Heaven, and that's if you say a special prayer and invite Him into your heart."
Nathan said this "Can I do that?"
I said "Yes." !!!!
I helped Nathan say the prayer and now he's saved!!! Can you believe that?!?
The next day I Gave Nathan my Bible. It was like Christmas to him! He loved it!!!
This was the best camp I have ever been to! I'm so glad Nathan gave his life to Christ! And you know what that's what its all about!

Gone to Camp!
